Healthy Children

We absolutely love Kylie! She’s so sweet, patient and informative! We love love love her! We also really like the doctor. But we will probably be switching our kids from the office. The wait time is awful! We spend at least an hour and a half waiting to be seen each visit. The exam rooms are quite dirty and they are a bit unorganized.

I wish I could give this place more stars. Kylie is a wonderful PA and is incredible with the children. But the front desk staff is horrible and rude. They will schedule appointments without you consent and then make you feel guilty when you call questioning the appointment reason and request to cancel since nothing is wrong. They are hard to get in touch with to begin with and then to deal with the rudeness when finally responded to is uncalled for. The reason the office does so poorly is truly because of the office staff. Kylie is wonderful and I hope she leaves and starts her own practice. Also, the office is honestly filthy and needs to be renovated. It’s extremely run down. After the conversation I just had on the phone I am switching to another provider.

This place was recommended by my 3 sisters. I started coming here with my baby now toddler and the doctors are very knowledgeable and kind. They take the time to answer all our questions and concerns and explain everything with detail. This is why I don’t mind the hour wait cause I know they are helping other kids and answering parents questions. There’s other places that you wait all day but this is not the case . I highly recommend this place especially if you’re a first time mom.

Both doctors Kylie and Dr.Alfonso are extremely helpful and really nice. They are also always ecstatic and are very gentle with my baby. Highly recommend.

The doctor and staff are nice but if you are considering taking them as your doctor just be prepared to spend over an hour waiting when you have appointment and if you you have a baby sick consider this as a punishment as you can be waiting up to an 3 hours. I saw this totally fine for the first visits but even after 15 months it never changed. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
