Dr Katz, Orthopedic consult was such a relief for me in many levels. He was extremelyprofessional, answered my questions, clarified my concerns, and offered options to help me recover. Very grateful for his calm and assured demeanor which inspired confidence on my prognosis.

I came here from another clinic that was not prioritizing my well being and recovery for my knee injury. Right away Kenny in referrals coordination helped me get the ball rolling to change treating physician, which isn't always easy especially with workers comp. I was seen by Dr. Del Campo in Occ med to establish me. He was very attentive, he listened to me and I felt assured that I was in good hands. The office staff is very professional and super kind and helpful. When a issue arose with my insurance, Grace took matters in hand and straitened everything out, keeping me informed along the way. This clinic is superior in every way. I am about return to work in much better health. Thank you to everyone at Healthpointe Colton.

My doctor has left while I am waiting in exam room today. Last mobth he canceled on my way to my appt. He is available 1/2 day 1 day a week. No communication and now I have wasted 2 sick days to meet these appts No respect for patients. Dr. Chappel needs think of patients and not afternoon traffic.

Staff should take a course in customer service. Many errors made during my visits. Physician wrote the prescription incorrectly and the staff had to correct his work during his absence. They charged $70 dollars administration fee with private insurance. Went on a cash basis because the stopped taking my private insurance. Each visit was $200.00 in 2020.Long wait times and misdiagnosed by a physician. I had to tell the physician which medication worked for my situation. Don't plan to return anytime soon.

My favorite employees are Mariana M. (front-desk check-in), Natalie G. (back-office MA), and Alma (manager). They are professional, efficient, and true problem-solvers. My reports were not being sent to my primary care physician, and they resolved the issue within 10 minutes. This is the kind of medical team every office should have—no red tape or runaround. The reports were promptly sent to my PCP. They communicated clearly at every step and confirmed receipt. I felt heard and respected throughout the process. I highly recommend this team for their outstanding service.
