The nurses here are great and they had me on my way in no time. My only complaint is that their x-ray equipment was down and closed on the weekend. Amazing bedside manner from Cindy the ARNP. Thank you, Cindy and team for your amazing work.

They bill me around $900. by tryikg to checking me in but never saw me . They siad : We can't take you here, you have to go to different hospital. Lol 😆 😆 😆 😆 what a clowns. This it's the system your corporat political system you all voted form to allowed to steal money from us. What a mess in this country!!!!

I went to this urgent care about a month ago and was diagnosed with chest pneumonia. The doctor prescribed me antibiotics for just one week. They helped a little, but not enough, the symptoms came back, and I was feeling exactly the same. I called to let them know, but no one followed up. No one asked how I was doing or if I was still having symptoms. Today, I had to go back in because I still feel terrible. I explained that my symptoms never went away and asked if I could be prescribed another round of antibiotics, since the first one helped, just not enough. Instead of listening, the doctor kept insisting on giving me cough medicine, even though I have chest pneumonia! I kept telling him that cough medicine won’t fix it, but he wouldn’t budge. Then he started saying it might be allergie

Friendly drs. They listen and know that you know your own body better than they do. Wait was a little over 2 hours start to finish but every other urgent care was full and not taking anymore people so thats not long to wait.

According to Receptionist there are No Ext-rays after 6pm and last time to check I is 7:30pm It’s a good thing I called prior to going or I would have wasted time driving to kent.
