I wish I had read the reviews before I drove 45 minutes to take my granddaughter. Stop advertising that you close at 2 if you refuse to see anyone when the parking lot and lobby are empty at 1:24! The receptionist was the most rude uncaring unprofessional and under qualified person I have ever dealt with. If you are open and refusing to treat sick children then have a list of referrals of urgent care that take the same insurnace. I can assure you no one comes there because they prefer your staff so at least know your patients and their needs. There should be an option to give a zero because the way we were treated does not deserve a 1. I will be reaching out to administration - surely this needs to be addressed with the number of complaints listed - this is why there are so many sick peopl

The receptionist is the most RUDE person I have ever dealt with at Health Point!!! Twice I went and Twice I was turned away!! No customer skills whatsoever!! Clinic closes at 7pm… turned away twice at 4:15pm they were booked for the rest of the day…. I really find that hard to believe.

Although the wait time anchored the appointment, the staff were on the contrary. Quickly taking our weight and height, they didn't waste a second leaving us alone. In addition to the good service, I was suprised yet intrigued to see a trainee doing all the work. Although I am merely just another kid, that hasn't stopped them from doing flawless, and helpful, check-ups.

If I could give it a 0 I would. It’s a horrible clinic. I came at 5:50, there was barley anyone in there, I have a fever of 103.1, chills, chest pains, dizziness, and they said “we’re not taking anyone else” yall are open till 7 and i feel horrible, are you serious? Absolutely trash and would never recommend anyone to go here. Straight lazy.
