I normally don’t write reviews, but what happened today was beyond unacceptable. My 3-year-old son is battling an ear infection and has been crying in pain for three nights straight. My wife called the pharmacy repeatedly throughout the day to make sure his prescribed medication would be delivered, as I work late and she is home with our children. We were assured it would arrive today. Instead, at 6PM, I received a call saying they "don’t know what happened" and the delivery driver had already left for the day — with the medicine that never reached us. No one knocked, no one rang the bell, and no one bothered to contact us before leaving. They had the medication, they knew it was for a small child in pain, and still no delivery was made. I've been a customer here for over 12 years. I love the service and the employees are very pleasant. If you need need something that is not in stock, they will offer to order it for you. The Pharmacy dept is extremely busy but you can have your doctor e-mail your prescription in so it's ready when you get there. Management is very caring and gives back to the community that supports them. Thanks for being there for our health needs. Shop here and support the business that support our community.
