I feel so lucky to be a part of the HealthFit community. I have been part of Bone Builders, a clinical program for osteoporosis, for almost two years. The professional and personal guidance that members receive it absolutely top notch. The staff is great, from the top down. Doug, the manager, is always visible around the club and is happy to chat with members. All of the trainers, exercise physiologists, PTs, everyone there is great. Special shout out to Alexis Gonzalez Wright, who heads up our Bone Builders program. She has not only created an incredibly successful exercise and education program for people with osteoporosis, Alexis builds community. I am forever grateful.

Update - i will call thanks, already having neck and trap spasms. Its not that i feel i was treated that way, its what she did. I have a state license that i could lose for lying or committing acts disreputable, so i never do... my appointment for 12/24 was confirmed with the therapist on 12/17, I didnt cancel it, which leaves 1 person that could have..... otherwise where did the appointment go? To be clear I have never canceled nor asked for a single appointment to be canceled, nor will I, I need the appointments. Massage therapy scheduling person will take it upon themselves to cancel all your appointments for no reason and not tell you, very childish - will intentionally ruin at least 1.5 hours of your family Chrsitmas Eve by letting you drive to the facility and sit there for 20 mins

Best place in town. Top of the line trainers and staff. Outstanding members. Hospital clean. Large variety of classes. Pool and jacuzzi always first rate.

Generally very good but the showers were never replaced. The valves are not balanced ( old type) and the water use on another side can make the water too hot or too cold. Shower plumbing and fixtures has been terrible for years.

HealthFit has about as much good as it does bad. The price is way too high - and while there are a ton of amenities, they aren't necessarily accessible. Wanna use the basketball court? Its probably gonna be taken up by pickleball (meaning the gym makes more $ while the member gets less amenities.) Yes they've got a pool - but I won't go in it because my partner got an ear infection twice there. Probably because of all the kids swim classes they have there. Wanna use the machines? Well they're all crammed way too close together in room to the point where you are actually rubbing elbows while using the elliptical. Why not use the one elliptical on the basketball court to avoid rubbing elbows? Well the pickleballs are going to be rolling up to it and you'll have to stop so someone can safe
