Wonderful and caring and fast and efficient check in. Water bottles available in a fridge by check in. The health care team listens to your concerns and displays compassion and emphathy during each step of your visit. Walk in appointments are great but the ability to make a reserved appointment is wonderful to lessen wait times. There is the ability to purchase common medications 💊 there if needed which is so convenient if your usual pharmacy is closed or not nearby. Otherwise, your prescription will be electronically sent to your pharmacy of choice. Highly recommend Advent in general and the Urgent Care.

Shanna , Susan and Reggie were great !! Fast gentle and friendly! We got right in immediately , my 12 year old had a laceration to her hand and we were seen immediately as well as helped us look up and find our insurance information we forget to bring in , ! We appreciate the care and timely manner that were used! Reggie is the best! Thank you all

Went to Advent Health twice in 2 weeks. 1st Flu A. It didnt go away after 12 days. Went back. Reggie took very good care of me and feeling better. Very nice place.

Great experience! Walk-in clinics aren’t usually a good time but my experience was quite pleasant. Very short wait, I was actually listened to, and everyone was so kind and professional. Thank you Adventure Health!

Hey! I use urgent care because I get sick at the most inconvenient times, but I have to say when I come this place the staff is usually a-maz-ing! Especially Dr. Joseph! Smart as a whip. He may not know it, but I practiced in the medical field for many years working really closely with lots of doctors and he knows what he's doing. I'd give him and his team 10 stars if I could.
