This company doesn't care. I have been trying to get my medicine filled for more than 6 weeks. They have told me twice it would be delivered the next day. Two days later I called them. They explained they cancelled my order. The then require me to set up a new account. Each time I call it is generally 20-60 minutes on hold. They show anextreme lack of service or care. They are an awful company

currently on hold (as of this moment, 56 minutes) obviously they are hoping I'll just hang up. Waiting to find out about expedited shipping after meds were under "pharmacy review" for days. I'm careful with using mail order for my Rx refills. I give them plenty of time so I don't run out of medication. Unfortunately I'm getting older and have a family history of heart disease and stroke. I can't afford to miss a day of blood pressure medicine and risk having a stroke Seems I'm dying on hold. Update: so much for the promise of overnight delivery made by your "supervisor" , the one that assured me she'd keep a close eye on my issue. Every time I call, the process is incredibly difficult and time-consuming. I’m consistently placed on hold. Even when I only needed additional needles, it still took 20+ minutes and required a callback. The overall experience has been very frustrating and inefficient. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend Freedom Fertility Pharmacy instead.

The actual worst. Taking upwards of three weeks and multiple calls to get medications filled, and customer service has literally no idea what they are talking about. Had to pay outright for some medications because they were not delivered but already charged to insurance. I’m done using them, will just pay a little more at a local pharmacy to not have to wait three weeks.

I ordered medication from cost plus drugs Mark Cuban’s company and it came from this pharmacy. It came exactly when I expected it and it was the correct medication. I don’t know why there are all these bad reviews for this business. I figured I’d give a good review. Thank you for sending me well priced medication in a satisfactory amount of time.
