Watch your patient medications bill bank statement. Medications has already paid and still try to over charge. I would recommend switching to other pharmacy that are better than this.

We've been working with them for our SNF since October and they have been great. Easy 5-star rating.

We use them for our company and at first they were excellent. But then they started to grow and just never had enough people or something because it was issue after issue and mistake after mistake. They would promise to deliver a med and it would never show up. They also don’t have a lot of the meds that we need and they can’t do compounds. It’s gotten to the point that they don’t answer the phone anymore. If you have under five clients maybe they will work for you. But if you’re a larger company looking for a pharmacy I’d maybe go somewhere else. It’s like know one here cares and they’ve all given up.

Now where do I start to describe how terrible this pharmacy is. I wish I could give this pharmacy a rating of -10 for how terrible they are. I work in a group home with multiple clients that need to take many medications. Nearly every month this pharmacy never fails to deliver either the wrong medications or the wrong dosages. We have called and complained so many times that it has become a normal expectation for us to have something wrong with our prescription orders. Please do not use this pharmacy. They are beyond unprofessional and this careless practice can lead to multiple medical emergencies. We will no longer be using them and advise anyone who may even think of using, to simply look somewhere else.

Great pharmacy and very easy to work with. All of my interactions with Caleb and the team have been very positive. Highly recommend!
