I recently found out that someone has been creating a profile with this company using my name and phone number, sending fake applications to recruiters, and marking me as interested in their jobs. When trying to contact this company to make them aware and request for them to remove my personal information (as someone is literally impersonating me) I am getting no where. I have attempted to reach every single department listed as options on the phone, sent in a request form under "contact us" and left messages on their answering machine. I am shocked this company is in business when not a single department picks up the phone, responds to emails, or calls back after leaving voicemails. Every agency in the nation is calling and they are only interested in "recent" experience. These agencies will hire someone with only 2 years experience as long as it is recent over a seasoned, nurse with 20+ years of experience who has not been at the bedside for 2 years. Their clients obviously do not understand quality nursing care.
