Healthcare Agency

Orange County healthcare agency is sadly a comical joke. Every week I was taking the bus coming in for multiple intake sessions that served no purpose. The caseworkers are not there is assist people, they are there to ask questions for their database to document that they were working.\ Some of the highly-paid staff can hardly speak English and is extremely demeaning and rude. "Intensive Case Management" is just silly. What is so intensive about sitting in an office for a maybe 30-45 minutes once a week. I laugh that this organization even exists. Wasn't even worth the bus ride to visit the case worker. Always felt demeaned by the staff when I left. The staff there is only there for a paycheck. I needed assistance applying for disability and was told I can do it myself. There is not
