It was a rather long process to finally go to the facility to pick up my new machine. When I finally went in, my respiratory therapist was great. She explained everything and answered all my questions. She was 5/5!
My doctor prescribed a bipap order to Health Technology Resources about three weeks ago. I called them several times to check on the progress. With each call I was forwarded to a VM account and I did request a call back. After two weeks still no response. I checked with my insurance to see if any inquiry had been submitted fo a bipap and they said no. To say I am dissatisfied with the customer service would be a understatement.
Terrible customer service and they don’t care about correcting their errors. We will not be using them ever again!
