Health Star Pediatrics

There are a lot of international accents BUT for the most part the medical team has always been great. When the practice was owned by a Black American Doctor the same Latino Med Ast. and front desk people worked their. I'm ok with them. They have been very kind to my disable children and helpful. The doctor's always do great care for my kiddos.

This review is solely based on the attention of the office. I called to make an appointment and I was told I could just walk in at a certain time I was given because no appointment was necessary, so I did. When I went, we had to wait over 2 hours! Apparently, people with appointments had priority over walk-ins (understandable), but I wanted to make an appointment in the first place and they didn't let me. After 2 hours of waiting, we had to leave because I had to leave for work. My son did not see the doctor, nor were we told that we were going to be seen soon. Complete waste of time and unprofessional staff, in my opinion.
