Doctor called on the prescription Was told $33 co pay have never had 1 in 10 years. was told it was for alcohol pads insurance company States I have no co pay. have not had one in over 10 years. The lady stated she has never seen a copayHave tried to call them for a month and you cannot even leave a message because answering machine is full. trying to find a different provider
