Any time you pick-up the phone and call, the actual pharmacist answers on the first or second ring, every time; no annoying voice recording or “call back” system. Just call and talk to another human about what you need. You are not just a number in a pool of thousands of other numbered customers. At this pharmacy, you are a real person with a name, and each pharmacist takes the time to get to know you personally over time, and that is what makes all the difference.
