Refused to fill my son's prescription for a drink he needed for an upcoming colonoscopy and endoscopy without paying the total price for it despite the fact he has Medicaid.

Our vet sent a prescription over on Friday afternoon to be filled. My parents have an extremely sick dog that is in need of antibiotics. They were told that it was too late in the day and the prescription wouldn't be filled until Monday. Get there on Monday and was told that the medicine got there Friday evening but they wouldn't have it ready until late Monday or possibly Tuesday.That is 4 days of not being able to have access to medicine that is desperately needed to be able to heal. We ended up canceling the prescription and had the vet to send it to another pharmacy. It will be ready in 2 hours. I would not suggest using this pharmacy for prescriptions that are needed immediately.

A compounding pharmacy is not something you use on a regular basis but when you have a chronic condition the quality of your life depends on good service and a caring pharmacist who will track down a slow renewing doctor. I am so glad to have these folks on my side

Excellent pharmacy, I needed a perscription for my T-Cup Yorkie and they were the only ones willing to custom make it right before the holiday. She is so small the dosage needed to be adjusted. When I called I spoke to an actual person, not a machine. They were fast, friendly and courteous. This pharmacy is an hour away from me so I appreciated the quick service, they also advised me I can have my refills mailed, which was an awesome tip! This time was an emergency I had no choice to make the trip my little Blossom needed her meds right away and it was well worth the trip!
