I've been going here for 5 years. In the past I have agreed with the lower rating, not because of the doctors but the office portion. Now they have drastically improved in all aspects and I would gladly recommend.

Easy to schedule and providers who listen. I’ve seen a couple of the NPs who are wonderful. Nice to have good primary care in town.

Excellent staff doctors always take the time to explain any concerns you my have and have always taken me in on time as scheduled. Any insurance questions I may have are always explained to me and correct.

The Family Practice professionals here at the Knox McRae location have been exceptional; never had my time wasted - from appointment times, check-in, updates by med techs, to seeing my PCM doctor. Health First is one easy system where all my medical records, tests, dr notes, etc... are easily obtained. Again, exceptional - only desire is that I wish more of my doctors were in the northern part of the county.

Called to make an appointment for wellness check and another issue. I was told by the very pleasant yet not knowledgeable person, who said insurance would not allow double appointment which. Was a lie! I contacted insurance who said it's perfectly fine and couldn't understand why this wasn't allowed other than monetary sources for Dr. What a shame I will not just get a new Dr but a new health care system other than health firrst!!!
