Health First Chiropractic Rehab & Massage

Dr. Josh and his staff are awesome! I came in with hip/back issues. I was able to get an appointment quickly. They answered all my questions and took the time to explain the plan and everything they were doing. We started each visit with a 10min massage, an adjustment and stretching, and ended the visit with a 10min electrical stimulation session. I have shown improvement, I’m not as stiff or in as much pain as I was when I started. I highly recommend Health First Chiropractic Rehab to anyone who requires chiropractic care.

I work just around the corner from Health First, and when I was experiencing very bad back pain they were highly recommended by my coworkers who had gone to them as well. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Very friendly and helpful office staff, always attentive and made sure I was taken care of. Dr. Josh was awesome and not only provided adjustments that seriously helped relieve my pain, but gave easy and actionable steps to take at home to ensure it stays away. Very glad I came here and will definitely be back if/when needed. 10/10 recommend

My son was required to go to this place from Social Security. The "Doctor" barely examined him, then failed to give the paperworked needed for the further testing needed. 8 others there on the same day, met with the same results. This means my son is not getting the help needed. Most likely so disability can be denied. I belive the Better business bureau and medical licencing need to be informed. My son is contacting a lawyer

Dr. Josh did a great job helping me to manage my recent bout with severe lower back pain (which I’ve dealt with periodically for the last 15 years). Nothing fancy from Dr. Josh, just his tried and true methods for managing the pain and gently realigning the spine so I could return to my normal active lifestyle. It took about a month but I am now mostly pain free and back to normal.

Dr. Josh and everyone in his office are amazing! Going to the chiropractor for the first time in your life after a bad accident is scary, but Dr. Josh and his experienced team of professionals make you feel at home and will have you feeling better in no time!
