I had a wonderful experience today at the Health First urgent care on Malabar Rd. Islande at check in was so friendly, positive, and helpful even with the system being down. Samantha our nurse did an amazing job with my two littles and even did an extra exam on my younger child who kept saying “my turn”. I felt Kelly Owen’s was thorough in looking over my sick child. She was really gentle and understanding with her. She showed compassion and definitely patience. Gail at check out was helpful even with the system. Down and got us out of there quick. She even grabbed my girls some paw patrol stickers. Great team at this urgent care!

From the moment I entered, Ms. Islande was quick and informative. She obviously loves her job and it shows. Ms. Gail was also in front with her she was extremely kind. The wait was short and they made my baby sister’s day! Now in the back Samantha was super sweet and very patient considering I had my baby sister with me! The process was painless and very fast! Dr. Katherine has a very gentle touch and was very thorough with my examination. The staff at this location is top tier!!! Thank you guys!

Islande, Gail, Susan,Sam and Chrystal what an amazing team. We drove here from Sebastian and so glad we did. We were met with smiles and upbeat people. Process was fast and very pleasant and professional. Treatment was great and follow up was provided. Meds were waiting for me at the pharmacy in Sebastian. Exceeding every expectation. Tonight we needed urgent care for my 7year old son. It was late 715p so I called and Gail was ABSOLUTELY amazing asked my ETA, symptoms, sons DOB and put us in the board for 740. We arrive 732p and Gail met us by name, friendly and caring. We quickly were taken back by Ms Susan who did a test for my son quickly and caused no anxiety. We were so happy with our visit and then walked in our Provider… Erick WOW talk about making a connection with a patient. He was so great with my son and me… thorough exam, quick to talk about his history and symptoms while waiting for our results. We closed our visit with the friendly and compassionate Ms Islande. I can’t say enough positive things about our visit and our care. We don’t frequent urgent care but over the last year we go to Malabar Road CentraC

Timothy Peterson is an amazing Physician's Assistant.He Possesses Brains & Much Compassion. He is Stellar and a major asset to the Medical facility & Community. Gloria,Liette, & Kerian are remarkable professionals as well. They employ terrific attitudes and should be rewarded for their hard work and dedication.
