Health Corner Pediatrics

I am deeply disappointed by the treatment my grandson received at this facility. While medical care should be a source of support, our experience was defined by micro-aggressions and an overall lack of professional bedside manner. A staff member named Amy was consistently hostile and aggressive toward us. Her behavior was unprofessional and created an environment where we felt unwelcome and unheard. No patient and especially no child should be subjected to that kind of treatment. We expected a much higher standard of care and basic human decency.

We LOVE Dr. Delgado and Dr. Granados!!!! Amazing pediatrician and endocrinologist. I refuse to chose any other care for my babies other than these amazing people, they genuinely hold a special place in me and my kids hearts. They are the only ones that have genuinely taught me how to navigate the pressures and emotions of my 3 year old baby girls diabetes.

NP Ruth and Dr. Dominguez are both excellent physicians that are very attentive to patient and provide quality care to each. They do their best to help parents understand and properly care for each child's needs accordingly. All the office staff both upfront and in the back are absolutely amazing 👏 🤩 🙌. The center covers children up to young adults age 22 at the pulmonary 🫁 clinic.

I’ve called the office 4 times and no answer . The staff has to do better I’m getting so tired of this! My kids pediatrician Gabriela Sosa and Yesika Delgado are the best and take good care of my kids when they are sick, but when it comes to making a apt over the phone it’s almost impossible to have someone pick up the phone.

Our experience with Dr Granados himself has been good, however the office staff and billing department are absolutely terrible. They will nickel and dime you everywhere they can. Was told once that it would cost $5 to send lab orders (that we never received) via email. I was just recently charged a $50 copay for a quick training on how to administer a medication that was prescribed for emergency use. I refused to pay and told the person I was dealing with that if there's ever a need for it and I don't know what to do, then what? Her reply was "Well, that's on you then." Completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. No one should ever have to pay to be trained on administering a prescribed medication. If you can, take your children elsewhere.
