Health Center Pharmacy

A very small new pharmacy. With Pierce and Calvin on staff from rite aid when they closed July 20th of 2025 as far as knowledgeable and experienced staff who are going to care about the profile they're looking at and any interactions or suggestions or getting prior authorizations etcetera. These two set the bar very high and the community health center of Franklin county should feel honored and privileged to have those two men as their staff members. Their courier, joe, five stars fantastic personable, professional, trustworthy, always pleasant to deal with. I found out that I cannot tip him. But man he goes above and beyond and I don't want him to lose his job. So I'll just be grateful that between pierce, calvin, and joe, such a small pharmacy has the strongest pharmaceutical team within

I switched to Health Center Pharmacy from CVS and found my prescriptions are filled right away and I am alerted to this in record time. I recently had a issue with insurance not covering a medication and it was taken care of immediately with a friendly voice. Thank you Sophie !

Absolutely horrible experience. I transferred to Health Center Pharmacy after my regular pharmacy closed, and from the start, it’s been nothing but a frustrating mess. The first time I called, they were super friendly and took down all the info for me and my family—so I thought things would go smoothly. The second time I called, I was checking on my husband's prescription. The woman on the phone told me they had everything and would be filling it. Great—so I thought. Days go by and nothing. No calls, no updates. So I go in a week later, only to be told "Oh, we never filled it." No explanation, no apology. I asked why I wasn’t contacted if there was an issue, and she vaguely said it had something to do with my insurance. I had just filled the same prescription the month before at my old p

I love the girls who work here! Another local pharmacy closed and they took on THOUSANDS of prescriptions essentially over night…with only a few techs they have been working so hard to try to make sure their customers are taken care of! My mom’s meds were filled accurately and I am always greeted with a smile! The tech Brittany is an absolute pleasure! She took the time to talk to me like a human being and explain things when I was having issues with my mom’s insurance and got flustered, she knows her stuff and is so incredibly nice. The other girls here are always so kind as well and you can tell they all love what they do! There are some things out of their control so I wish others would be nicer and have more patience!…I understand the frustration some are feeling but let’s remember the

Welcoming & accommodating people working here. Not too much OTC at the moment, but there’s a sign saying you can make requests. Much preferred to a chain store, and very clean & tidy. When there was a slight error with my meds, they were understanding, and able to correct it and give me new ones while I waited briefly in the lobby.
