I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the care I received from Dr. Cindy. After nearly two years of searching for answers about my rare genetic disease, I had hoped for supportive and knowledgeable care. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but that. Whenever I reached out through the patient portal, I was either referred to other specialists or told to go to the hospital without receiving any meaningful guidance. Most recently, after being prescribed new medication to manage my symptoms, I felt dismissed and treated as though I were seeking drugs rather than legitimate medical help. Finally, someone you can really trust to care for you and your health. Dr. Testa is very kind and his staff members are very compassionate. The office is very nice, clean and we'll kept.

The worst experience with a health care provider I've ever had. From the intake person to the worst experience with a Doctor's nurse, in my life. All the while waiting in the car outside for them to bring me in. If it was this rude just filling out paperwork and talking to the Doctors nurse (Rudeness On Steroids) Elizabeth? Then I think I should just go somewhere else. I set an appointment at their Tobyhanna office, told them what happened and they helped me get an appointment there, all while being professional and kind. Lehigh Valley do your network a favor talk with your staff at Blakeslee, Pa. It is not what you want people walking around telling others about your organization.

Finally, something that doesn't take 45 minutes to drive to in the Poconos. The staff wants you to get help and get out, and we found them to be friendly enough for our toddler to be entertained. They're a little disorganized with prescriptions, and if you found this review, you're hopefully lucky enough to have found the address of the place. They're not easy to find, even with Google! I'm just so happy we have another option than a Weis 45 minutes from us with lines wrapped around the aisle.
