Not only did Dr Alex give attentive and personable care, but after the appointment when my son felt light headed in the front office a nurse and another woman came to help him and even got Dr Alex to take a look at him. They didn’t just ask if he was okay, they laid him down, took his blood pressure and got him apple juice. He was fine, but we appreciated the wonderful care. We never feel rushed with Dr Alex and she even remembers details about the kids. She and the staff who helped us are amazing. (I’m sorry I don’t remember their names, but not all nurses are friendly and concerned but she was really very great). Thank you!

Dr. Tessa Rinker listens, validates, and provides outstanding care at Health Care for Children. Her bedside manner is unmatched, and my kids feel comfortable at every visit. I had an ongoing concern with my son and Dr Freshour was the absolute best! She was sweet, caring and was so good with my son. So happy we landed her as our family Doctor!

Let me start by saying that I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences and care from nursing staff and the doctors. It’s a great practice that’s great with our rowdy group of kiddos. Our pediatrician, Dr. Amanda, no longer works there and so we left when she did because I wasa trying to figure out an insurance issue and one of the younger girls at the front was trying to help me. The office manager came in around that time (I think his name is Garth or Gareth or something) and she asked him a couple question regarding my issue when I’d stepped to the side to call my exhusband since the kids are on his plan.
