I can't believe I haven't left a review for Rob yet, since I tell everyone I know about how amazing he is!! Not only is he incredibly smart and educated on a variety of health issues (not just physical therapy - SO much more), but he's also realistic, relatable and approachable. I ask him a million questions during our sessions and he makes sure to answer me in a way that I will understand. He asks thoughtful questions to get to know what's going on in your body, and thinks solutions through in a holistic way. Highly recommend! Thanks Rob :)

Having just turned 60 in March 2025, I began working with Rob in conjunction with my ongoing efforts to get healthy and wean myself off psychiatric meds and other substances, which I’ve used for most of my life to control social anxiety. I had started this process at the beginning of the year and had very few issues until late February when it suddenly felt like the wheels had come off and I began to experience an immense amount of physical and emotional discomfort. I honestly did not know what to expect with Rob but, after meeting the first time, I found that he was not only extremely knowledgeable in a lot of areas, but that we were also very much in alignment about our approach to health – specifically, the need to heal through natural means. Highly recommend. I cannot say enough good things about Rob. I came to him pregnant, hardly able to walk on crutches with a severely pinch sciatic nerve. He was able to see me quickly and got me back on my feet in no time. A real life saver and I have not had any issues since even with a growing belly. He’s very kind, knowledgeable and true my cares about getting you healed.

I had a career altering event that I was preparing for, and about a month out I started to suffer from severe right knee pain. Despite the short timeline, Rob was able to work through strengthening and mobility exercises with me over video conference. His guidance and knowledge completely changed how I looked at hip mobility and my knee pain disappeared! Despite the rigorous activity I did during the event my knee held up perfectly well. Rob was able to do all of this over a video call, so you can imagine how effective he is in person as well. Don’t hesitate to reach out to Rob, easily the most knowledge physical therapist I’ve ever worked with in my life.

Rob takes the time to understand your pain and limitations. He is not set on one method to heal you. In my case, when I had issues doing a stretch/exercise correctly, he gives me other ones that I can do correctly. I have improved greatly in his care.
