Healing Massage

I just left from getting a massage from this business and am highly displeased. The massage itself was nice and the lady that did it was very sweet. However, I got a 90 minute massage at the price of $110, which is higher than what I normally pay but I wanted to save myself a drive to Huntsville, so I was okay with it. After the massage, I went to pay the $110 and was asked by the lady who did my massage how much I wanted to tip and I responded "$10." She then told me for the massage I got, a $20 tip was required. I questioned this and another employee came out from around the corner and said the same. There was no verbal discussion of a required tip amount prior to the service, nor were there any signs stating any such policy. I have gotten several massages from other establishments and h

Lulu was fantastic! Easier to understand than other ladies. Very knowledgeable. She has 3 degrees in massage/acupuncture and knows what she's doing. She's extremely sweet, personable and makes you very comfortable! She offered regular massage, acupuncture, head massage, foot massage and I accepted them all. Lulu gave me a very good quality masage, finally someone. Price was great too $90 for 1h deep masage, and it was really deep. so I was happy to leave $30 tip.

I made an appointment with the manager for 12 pm and showed up early just in case I had to fill out something. I just wanted to be on time . Two different women came out being rude to me and my husband saying we busy . I was told by one of the ladies to call that number again and the manager answered and I told her what they said , I was upset because you set me an appointment, I drive an hour for it and they didn’t want to give me the massage and if you are leaving out of the clients room the. You cutting into their time . Need a reception up front and manager don’t need to overbook trying to get clients . Very unhappy with her . Not a legit place to do business with. By the way the manager stated she’s in Birmingham- just scheduling everyone over the phone .

I just left this place the lady she was there. She’s a really rude was asking me to pay in front which is that fine and she wants me to pay a tip too, which is weird to ask before she even do anything and she was asking very very rude. I took my money then I left so I don’t recommend this place at all.
