Parking is behind the building.I walked back to the front of the building for entry.The photos show Entrances to this business from the street to the first floor entryway and waiting area. The entrances , waiting area, Hallway and bathrooms were very clean and Well lit. Once I arrived at her business, I was found the comfortable sofa and While I waited for her, I filled out the new client form and the massage therapist came to greet me. She requires masks and provided one for me. Her massage room was well appointed and comfortable. This massage therapist specializes in Neuro muscular massage, which was new to me. Gentle acupressure was used to relieve the pain in my shoulder and hips. It was a soothing and gentle massage overall and I was extremely pleased with the results.

Emily is not only a talented MT, but also one of those people who makes you feel relaxed just in their presence. Along with sessions in her studio she does pop up events (as pictured) around Des Moines and offers sound healing and handmade spa products to purchase.
