After menopause the weight really piled on. Due to mold exposure I also got chronic fatigue. Over the next 3 years my weight ballooned +130 lbs. I have been stuck for 2 years at a weight I wasn’t happy with! It’s menopause weight and I decided to do the contouring lights & weight-loss program.
