Tami is great! I was able to get an appointment same day online. She specializes in Deep Tissue/Myofacial Release. Essentially, during the massage if she finds area that needs extra work, then she will focus on them. Before moving on. Something that is noteworthy is she knows how to get the hard stuff out in the least painful way. She has a background in chiropractor care so she knows how to get some stuff out or she will refer you to a chiropractor. She does specialize in sciatica pain relief, though you should go to a chiropractor for that, but she is a great 2nd option if you are afraid of going to a chiropractor.
