My experience at HUGS has been wonderful! The environment is comfortable, and the counselors offer a judgement-free zone.the price is very cheap,making it accessible to people with less income. I would definitely recommend HUGS as an option for therapy!

I'm very happy with my counseling at HUGS. I get along great with my counselor, and I appreciate being able to talk about my issues, learn how to manage them, and discover new things about myself.

Was terminated by the Counselor Cara due to time constraints/Lack of compliance with absolutely no flexibility to have a different time or day so I can consistently make the sessions as I was going through pivotal life changes with work and school but upon getting terminated I did not receive any resources or referrals to continue seeing other therapists/counselors. I was also told that I could still see other counselors within the practice but upon calling and asking how the process would work they would need to know the reason why it didn't workout with my first counselor to see someome else I just overall felt a complete lack of care and empathy for my situation. Plus the abandonment of not getting resources sent to me put me in a downward spiral. I would never come back to this place

I have been visiting Heads Up guidance for a month or so now. I am seen very quickly when I arrive without a wait and it is one of the only low cost counseling services to exist in Savannah. I am glad that they allow local students to be able to get practice in the counseling field here, as well. Everyone has been kind so far, I’ll update my review later on to reflect new experiences and information.
