Headquarters Physical Therapy - Milwaukie

The experience at Headquarters PT is stellar. I am a PT myself - the way they go about evaluation and treatments are up to date with research, along with being incredibly effective! I see Dan and I can’t recommend him enough.

12/10 recommend!! I’m 31 years old, former athlete who’s had both back and hip surgeries. Even though I’m retired from rugby and definitely not in my 20s anymore, I still feel like I’m JUST getting started. My body has some miles on it :) HQPT has given me my hope back. They make me feel like an athlete again! I especially love and respect their commitment to evidence-based strategies, whole-person consideration and dedication to healing their patients. Plus, they are the coolest kids in town!! Vibes are always welcoming and fun!

I tore my ACL in October of 2024, and switching to HQ PT was the best decision I made during my rehab. HQ PT is the gold standard for recovery in Oregon. Since I made the switch, I have been surrounded by a group of incredible people. The quality of their staff aligns perfectly with the quality of their training. Along with excellent plans for rehab, they use an isokinetic testing machine to track progress to know exactly where you are. Being able to see visible progress is a great way to create timelines and stay motivated to keep working. HQ PT is by far my top choice for physical therapy in Oregon.

HQPT has single handedly helped me go from good to great in my distance running career. They have supported me and adapted with me through high school into D1 athletics (sco ducks). From treatment on little aches and pains to helping me come back from a bone injury, they know how to do it all. Unlike other PT establishments, they have helped me get stronger with high quality strength plans. They don’t just keep me pain free but help me improve each year. shout out to ashley Knecht, MY GIRL. she’ll get you right.

Our boys have been working with Ashley for almost a year and it has been a transformative experience. Their body awareness has improved greatly, they’ve recovered more efficiently from injury, and are in a better position to avoid injury in the future. We can’t thank HQPT enough for their investment in the health of our family.
