I received two Groupon gifts—one for the head spa treatment and one for the foot spa. The head massage itself was great; the technician was gentle but applied pressure in all the right areas. However, my hair was left completely tangled and soaking wet afterward. I expected that after the wash she would move me somewhere to dry or detangle my hair, but instead she walked away and didn’t return until it was time to ask for a tip. I have 3b/3c curly hair, and if certain hair types can’t be properly managed, it would be better to be upfront about it. They also don’t use conditioner, which I’ve seen used in other head spa treatments. The foot massage was a completely different experience—and not in a good way. Highly disappointed! If you love your hair then definitely this is not the place to go. They gave me a dry head massage, I thought they would use oil since I took the scalp treatment but I was surprised to the service. It’s just a head and shoulder massage with a hair wash which makes your hair even worst. I have long hair, I walked in with smooth hair and came out with fizzy rough hair. They don’t even have any hair serum, cream, leave-in conditioner or heat protector. They used high heat and roughly blow dried my hair leaving it all damaged and fizzy. The lady who did my hair was nice but unfortunately they don’t have hair products not even the necessary ones.

I booked a head spa package through Groupon for two people. While there, my friend wanted to add a foot spa, which cost $60. The head spa was already confirmed and paid for in advance. During the foot massage, we soaked our feet in a bucket with plastic and covering it with water I believe to be green..The masseuse for my feet didn’t take any breaks,and was gentle with his hands but while the masseuse for my friend kept taking breaks to talk. When it was time for the head spa, we were waiting in line. The masseuse for my friend took a few breaks, and kept asking for help. The masseuse for my friend, had to step out for a customer complaining about the services. Honestly, the massage wasn’t great. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Should have believed the reviews on Google and not on Groupon ones. Bought a Groupon for 2 60 min head spa treatments. First of all, very shady place. It’s in the basement of an apartment building, when we walked in, all the lights were off and there were minimal red lights. So you can’t really see if it’s clean or dirty. They brought us to a room and had us lay down. The towels they laid on me smell like wet stinky sock, like it wasn’t dried properly. I had a decent service. The taller, thinner woman did my service. She was gentle and polite. But was a little unhappy because my hair wasn’t fully dry and came out super frizzy. I guess I understand, I had booked for an hour and they really only used an hour. I took advantage of the Christmas break and met up with some friends, hoping to relax a bit. I found this place online. Since I'm a man, I thought I couldn't get a head spa, but we opted for one. Surprisingly, the experience was quite good. Even though our hair is relatively short, the staff were very attentive and provided excellent service throughout the entire session. The head massage techniques were very good.
