Head and Neck Physical Therapy

I can’t say enough great things about Jenna. When I started physical therapy, my neck mobility was terrible. I was extremely stiff every morning and could barely turn my head without pain. It was affecting my daily life more than I realized. After working with Jenna, I’ve had an incredible amount of relief. My mobility has improved so much, and the stiffness I used to wake up with has significantly decreased. She is knowledgeable, patient, and truly takes the time to understand what your body needs. I’m so grateful for the care and expertise she provided. If you’re dealing with neck pain or mobility issues, I highly recommend seeing Jenna. She has made such a difference for me!
