HCA Houston Healthcare Pearland

Went in for elevated BP and was recommended i stay overnight for observation. From the Doctors and nurses to the staff that clean and deliver the food. Everyone was awesome, friendly, compassionate and made me feel relaxed. They answered all my questions and were compassionate about my concerns. I thank them for being there and being the awesome team that they are!! Two thumbs up 👍 👍

I cannot begin to speak about the hospitality that this hospital gave from the remarkable doctors and staff to the EMS driver who got me there very safely and securly , as he had on his siren and ran every red light, I enjoyed the ride and I appreciate the characters in which I honestly felt Human here I recommend if you have any insurance to come to this place where they will definitely make you feel cared for in value and also loved. They\nAlso, put your paperwork up in these really nice folders.So that you can keep your documents safe.I truly appreciate it that.

My visit to HCA Pearland hospital was excellent. The people at the front desk were very courteous and professional. They directed me to the radiology department to do my CT scan. I then met the radiology staff who was EDEESHA and Hoa , they made me feel very comfortable and help guide me through the scan. I was a bit nervous, but they calm me down. Both of the radiology specialist are great asset to your hospital.

Husband came in with 102.5 fever,racing heart and pneumonia, now he's 69 and has been taking the same combination of drugs and they make the pain manageable. The nurse comes in says Drs not comfortable with giving the list of meds combos. Fine come up with something different instead of doing that they gave him nothing. He's only on one schedule drug that's tramadol,the na asks if he's on norco he said no she then asks if he wanted one he said they don't work they gave him nothing until I the administrator. However nothing has been explained. Several months ago I was here as a patient and when my daughter called they told her I had an abscess before ever evaluating me how do I know? Because I didn't have an abscess I had bruised muscles shown with ct scan I'll never walk into this animal h

My experience here was great! Thank God i came accross this Hospital, Dr. Gunter was Amazing, as well as other staff Special Shout out to Naomi. She was amazing, I Love her as well as the ER nurse who attended me, who was Wit it! She gave me a better look at everything and brought me to smiling before my procedure. Richard and Tre, as well as the ppl who do the blood work were amazing I loved this place God Bless U All! Naomi is the Best! Very caring and very helpful I wont ever forget her!
