I was in search of a.Primary Care Physician and a friend recommended Swedish Family Medicine. I selected them because during my initial experience, everything was done in a timely, orderly, and in a professional manner. The staff was courteous, and all communications were very clear. The provider showed genuine concern. He listened thoroughly, and explained his position. He also went to work immediately on my requests. However, a little more space should be provided for patients who use wheechairs.

This place does not care about patients at all... they forced me to pay for meds that were not appropriate and can cause harm long term (and it did in cause permanent damage i have a doctor willing to testify to) I attempted to discuss with the manager who confirmed the records were reported incorrectly or possibly forged. I attempted to complain and all she said was the records say this (which if they are false don't prove anything) she refused to conduct an investigation into the matter (didnt even take a statement), refused to connect me to someone above her, refused to provide legally obligated information and hung up telling me screw you. Since I have developed a potentially life threatening condition from their negligence I strongly recommend you avoid this place, pull your loved one

My experiences with Swedish staff has been nothing but good! They are always friendly and professional doctors have always shown concern and remember me one visit to another my present primary Dr Goldberg has called me personally after hours to discuss lab results which is very impressive to myself and family has sent me to ER from his office via ambulance I'm 78 years old and have never had a Dr call me personally Dr Goldberg in a matter of 2 weeks called me at least 5 times what is so impressive it's been after office hours

Absolutely love the staff and my Dr here. They are always on top of my health care. I've been coming here so long now I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Sad to say tho my Doctor is leaving the practice. 1st of the year she's moving on and I'm happy for her but it sucks because she knows everything about me. Sad to see her go. But I will still be going to swedish family medicine because all the docs here are awesome. As I read some of these one star reviews from people just blows me away because I've been going here for so long and I have never had a bad experience ever. Guess the old saying goes you can please some of the people some of the time if you can't please all the people all the time which these one star reviews that I'm noticing I bet you $1,000 that that's all they ever rat

Swedish Family Medicine staff have always been professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and concerned about me as a patient. Their response time has always been fast in returning calls and answering my questions. They've always had appointment times available as well.
