One physician on staff for a full ER. The busier they got the ruder they got. Bed sheets were as filthy as the room. Made her pee in a cup and it sat there until we left. No diagnosis conversation and very little instruction on what next steps were. This was all after a pretty major vehicle accident. Won’t ever go back to this facility unless 100 percent necessary. How disgusting and disappointing. Photos included.

My 86 year old dad fell and hit his head, and was transported by EMS to this ER. Because he had hit his head, he was confused and couldn't remember my phone number. After he was evaluated, the charge nurse Collette called Kaiser to track down my contact information and took the time to call me so that dad didn't have to be transported back to his house alone. She also made sure he had a sandwich and a snack to eat since it was dinner time. I am SO thankful that Collette (and I'm sure others that helped him) were working that night!! They truly treated my dad as if he were a part of their own family.

Came in after being in a car accident - wanted to get checked out just to be safe. From the lady who first greeted us when we entered, to all the staff who helped do the intake, administered different tests, cover results, recommendations for care when we left - were incredibly kind, patient and compassionate. I felt very cared for and grateful for all of them during such a vulnerable time.

Brought my mom in with COPD exacerbation after Covid. Dr Bakes and the nurses took excellent care and got her feeling so much better. As a doctor myself I was so impressed with the care here. Don’t listen to the bad reviews

I came into the ER vomiting blood and disoriented. I have a history of strokes and when I suffer symptoms it is essential to get images while the stroke is occurring. My wife and myself repeatedly told the staff of my strokes history. They did nothing except give me 2 bags of fluid and an anti-nausea. When seeing my Dr a few days later he asked "Did they get any images?" "No." His replay was less than impressed. Don't go here. They only do the bare minimum.
