HCA HealthONE Rocky Mountain Pediatric Orthopedics - Denver

Our son was admitted to RMCH with a blood infection that spread to his leg and required surgery. Dr. Cao (and Sam) performed our son’s surgery and visited us each day of our hospital stay to check on our kiddo and keep us updated on his progress. We experienced a scary and nightmarish week in the hospital but knew that our son was in the best hands. The love and care that was given to our son is something I hope for every parent and I’m so grateful we had Dr. Cao and Sam on our care team. My family will never forget the care providers from this practice!

Fantastic staff! We just completed our appointment with PA Erik Heinzen and he was so caring, patient and gentle with our 9mo. After our appointment our daughter was a little upset and a staff member came in to offer her a little stuffed dog. What a comforting effect it had on her. It's the little things that make an office go from good to great. Thanks RMPO!

My seven year old daughter had a knee injury and our primary care doctor recommended we go to Rocky Mountain Pediatric OrthoONE. I was impressed with the whole experience -- everyone was so kind, empathetic, thorough, and great with my daughter. The nurse who met with us first was funny, kind, great, and thorough. Our doctor interacted really well with my daughter, took the time to ask good thorough questions, listen to her answers, pay attention, and engage really with her. Clearly people there know, like, and care about kids. My daughter and I were so happy when we left. Such a great experience! Thank you!

I don’t typically leave reviews like this, but our 3yo was seen (for a broken leg) today by Kandice Robinson, and she was truly wonderful. So kind, gentle, and patient, yet thorough and informative. I wish every pediatric provider was more like her. Truly - she was amazing!

Wish I could give them one star! Made an appointment online weeks ago. They only have appointments on Thursdays. My daughter's appointment is for tomorrow. I get a confirmation and good things to know about my upcoming appointment at 2:42pm today and then a phone call from the office saying we were double booked and the soonest they could get us in is in over 2 weeks away. When I called and said that is ridiculous she said it was because I booked online and there are issues. Then don't have online available to schedule appointments like it says on the website and when you are on hold waiting to talk to a person. We had another appointment with Dr. Garg at Children's Hospital Colorado and his team is on top of everything. Returns emails quickly, always has someone pick up the phone
