HCA HealthONE Rocky Mountain Children's at Presbyterian St. Luke's

The nursing team at the Rocky Mountain infusion center has been absolutely wonderful over the past almost two years. They bend over backwards to make sure everything is ready for a smooth appointment. They are responsive, kind and engaging with our child. The ease of the appointments are top notch. And we love the therapy dogs so much! We truly couldn’t have gotten through the past few years without them. Thank you so much!

The care provided for my daughter was exceptional, with staff ensuring her well-being around the clock. They treated her as if she were their own, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our family. Our room was clean and well-maintained, contributing to an overall outstanding experience in the pediatric unit. Thank you PSL for everything you do!!

Never in my life have I felt so taken advantage of. On 12/18 my son Owen had a blood draw to check his platelets due to them being a little low when he was born. There was a mistake done by the lab that caused them to report them as dangerously low even though he was totally healthy. This caused the Dr. to tell us we had to admit him into the ER immediately. I understand mistakes can happen, where it gets frustrating is the amount of money we had to pay and are still being asked to pay for their mistake. It not only costs $250 to admit my son to the ER when he didn’t need it. Since his lab results didn’t make sense with what they were seeing they also told my wife and I that we also needed to be admitted to possibly do lab work on us. So we paid another $250 for my wife to be admitted

If you have the option to go somewhere else you should. Worst care here and the Doctors and Neurologist couldn't agree on a plan of care and changed it everytime they came on shift. Glad my Grandson has been moved to get the care he deserves. There were a few nurses in the NICU that where caring and helpful but feel like several didn't really care to take care of his needs and help his parents feel like their little boy was safe and loved. They did not even send the correct info to the new hospital for the care they were giving him.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! I brought my 20month old here with a fever and waited over an hour and a half and still had not been acknowledged by anyone! I even spoke to a nurse in the hallway and the best she can do was triage a provider who never showed up! I'm beyond frustrated! Not one person attended to my son! Nurses were laughing it up in the hallway and there was 0 patience in the waiting room upon my arrival. This would be the last place I'd recommend if your child is sick!!
