This OB/GYN office is wonderful! I was in the medical field, so I notice when things are missed, or done incorrectly in a medical office. Premier OB/GYN did everything right, no kidding! The front desk staff, all the way through to the medical assistants, they were wonderful. Kind, very professional, and if they didn't know the answer to something, they would find out. Dr. Kathryn Feller is a wonderful OB/GYN doctor. She is very professional, and puts you at ease for these kinds of exams. She walks you through everything that is going on, and all of your results, making sure you understand what's going on. I highly recommend this office. I've been at this medical facility for a few years. I first started seeing Dr. Mason and she was amazing but then after awhile she moved to their Pearl location permanently. This is my 3rd pregnancy here. I've tried to like it here still even after my doctor changed. I've had a rough pregnancy and I've seen Dr. Patel 3 times so far, every visit has never been on time. I've always waited half an hour or more to see her, not to mention, I had hyperemesis my first trimester and could not see her for any kind of medication except told to go to the ER each time. I finally hit my second trimester and I waited 3 days after a visit with her just to send my prescription to the pharmacy. The nurse didn't know what medication Dr. Patel was going to send, we had back and forth phone calls for two more
I’ve been a patient here for 7 years and had some of the most attentive care from any OBGYN office. However will be transitioning to their other location or an entirely new practice due to continued difficulties. After being asked to reschedule a routine, annual appointment for a fourth time at Central Park it is clear the logistics for patients is not working or patient friendly.
I have had an overall positive experience with this practice so far in my pregnancy. Dr. Patel is wonderful! For the most part, the office runs on a timely manner. However, what is really starting to frustrate me is the rescheduling of appointments. Both my 12 week and 16 week appointments have been rescheduled; my 16 week appointment they called me day-of (8 AM) and asked if I could come in at noon. I do not have a job that I can leave in the middle of the day. I will now be going to my 16 week appointment at 17+5 because they didn’t have anything available that worked with my schedule. I made all of my appointments after my initial appointment so that they would be outside of work hours. I just really hope this doesn’t continue, or I will be looking for a new practice.
Horrible horrible experience. This office needs to be reported. I went here for months and at my 20 week appointment they told me they don’t take my insurance after MULTIPLE confirmations that they do take my insurance over several months. We have asked them several times to work with us since they have confirmed they took our insurance. They agreed it was a mess up on their end and still they refuse to take care of this issue or call us back. They initially promised to remedy this issue and now no response and instead leaving me with thousands in bills. Premier - please don’t bother responding to this message and say ‘I’m sorry for your experience’. I have never experience this type of negligence.
