Love Dr Shogan and Becky. We love Bonnie but she retired! The new office girl seems darling. Dr is almost g-dly. A neurosurgeon who really is not interested in operating unless 100% necessary.

The doctor is great. His assistant is very personable. The people at the front desk are efficient and pleasant. It's just a very good experience.

Completed my first visit with Shogun and staff. Very pleased with the experience. I found his bedside manner and approach to my problem was excellent from my perspective. He was not in a rush to go to Surgery to address my problem, but agreed with me to try less invasive interventions and use Physical therapy as a first approach and if this trial did not improve condition to evaluate other interventions. This is why I waited to visit him as he had used the same interactions on previous visits by my Wife. I would highly recommend him from my and my wife's experience.

Dr Shogan has been providing back and neck assessment and care for me for a number of years. He, and his staff, are easy to talk with, always on time, and very thorough. Dr Shogan is experienced and expert in developing recommendations for treatment.. He is unhurried with questions and explanations. He is conservative with regard to invasive procedures and considers the circumstances of the patient, both medical and personal, in providing care.

Dr. Shogan is a wonderful doctor and person. He performed a back surgery on me that totally eliminated the radiating pain that I had been experiencing for well over a year. There also were no complications from the surgery. Dr. Shogan's caring attitude is reflected by his entire staff and everyone at Rose Medical Center. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Shogan and his related personnel. I wish that everyone was treated with the superb skill and caring that I experienced.
