Colorado Limb Consultants has excellent medical staff; the doctors and nurses have been attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the professionalism of the office staff is so poor that it overshadows the quality of care. This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional administrative experience I have ever had with a medical practice. One staff member in particular, Shayleen, has made it nearly impossible to complete even basic tasks. Forms are routinely late or incorrectly filled out. She rarely communicates, and when she does, the information is incomplete or inaccurate. Our HR and insurance representatives have commented on how unprofessional she has been on the phone and how she refuses to collaborate to complete required documentation. This has delayed ess

On 09/23/25 I previously posted about my disappointed visit: "I previously used to see Dr. Cynthia Kelly. This was my first time meeting Dr. Zeke Walton. I was not pleased. He was very unprofessional. He did not introduce himself. Refused to understand my pain and discomfort on my surgical, non- surgical leg and back over the last few months. Nothing was mentioned about any of it in my report. I felt was not aken seriously. Very disappointed. Hopefully I can get a second opinion somewhere else". For much of my life, I had a very rare orthopedic condition that I began to seek treatment for last year. In July 2024, I met with my primary physician at Kaiser Permanente and discussed my condition with him first. He consulted with some specialists, and they first referred me to this practice, Colorado Limb Consultants. When I called, I explained my referral and condition. The woman who answered told me that they no longer have a doctor who does that procedure. Disheartened, I returned to my Primary and updated him. This caused me to start the process over to get a referral somewhere else and then wait for various parties to communicate with me, which took several weeks. I had Dr. Kelly and Rhonda for a decent surgery last December. They were quick about getting me in and took my condition seriously. I felt I wasn't judged on how I could've gotten my diagnosis to begin with. My leg feels the best it has in years and I had no complications. I work in Healthcare and understand 100% why previous doctors I worked with recommend this surgeon. My only complaint was getting my surgery time changed and getting notified a day before, which was very inconvenient for my ride.

Her knowledge, bedside manner, follow-up and follow thru can not be matched by anyone in her field. Presents the situation to people in a positive way, and listens to you attentively.
