This review is about scheduling and office-related issues, as I never even got in to see a doctor. When I arrived at my first appointment, they told me I needed to reschedule because of some glitch in their own computer systems. They weren't rude about it, but they weren't apologetic or particularly helpful about fixing the mistake. Months later, they had to reschedule me again because they put me down for a normal time slot when I needed a longer one reserved for new patients. Finally after more months of waiting, I was supposed to have my first appointment. However, this time I had to cancel and reschedule for a work conflict. They promptly called me back to say they are dropping me as a patient because of too many cancellations. It's hard enough to get an appointment, so cancellin

Aspen Medical Group is my Medical Team because if my Dr is not available when I am sick I will receive excellent care from all the Doctors and PAs. Office personnel are always nice and helpful as well. Happy 20+ year patient.

I don’t do well with doctor’s visits, but I have never felt so comfortable and at ease visiting a doctor’s office. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The physicians are very friendly & knowledgeable. I hope I can go here forever!

I've been a patient/client/customer with Aspen Med for about 20 years. All staff are fantastic and even though I've moved 20 miles away I still go there for yearly and anytime I am sick.

Horrible costumer experience. I had an appointment for months now to get a physical. I made a point to get off work early and be there on time only to be surprised at my arrival the entire office was closed! When I called to see if I was at a wrong location, first they couldn't find my appointment, and when they finally found me they transferred me to this very rude woman, who told me that the provider couldn't make it, so they shut down the entire office early. Which seems odd and a red flag. Is she the o ly one that works in that office? Did they send everyone else home? They claim they called and left me a voice message, but I checked and have no voice messages at all. I have a bunch of missed calls, but that's not abnormal. When I asked why didn't they send s text like they send the c
