Yes your staff is very outstanding. Very young and caring. A long journey to go with my mother, but our time spent at HCA was extremely satisfying. She thought this was her chair at home 😆

I was impressed with the care I received while having surgery on December 22. Every person I encountered showed me that they cared about me, showed attention to all of the important details and made me feel confident that I would be safe. I am a retired critical care RN, and know how things should be. Two nurses stood out to me. Sarah RN in the surgery area (pre op through transfer to the third floor) and Irma RN on the third floor. Both nurses were stellar, and cared for me with utmost professionalism and kindness. It was scary to have surgery, but the staff who cared for me from beginning to discharge reassured me that great healthcare still does exist. I truly appreciate this excellent care. Linda Morris

I would like to start with the hospital itself first, It is absolutely beautiful. It does not look dead or depressing. It’s very calming and as a person who has Extreme Anxiety with hospitals this hospital was so soothing. I have never been to a place where every single person was so nice every person I met there every nurse the person at the front desk. Everyone was amazing!!! NURSE TAMMY IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST NURSE EVER!!!! Im 23 and had to have surgery for the first time. Terrified of needles- go figure and she treated me with such Kindness and understanding. It’s truly made me feel at home in a hospital, which is crazy! And also a huge shout out to my anesthesiologist Dr. Snooky and my surgeon the best OBGYN dr- Dr Givens. When I say everyone at this hospital was amazing every single

I have been dealing with this hospital for over 2 years now thanks to an injury sustained at work and I have to admit everybody at this hospital every time I had to stay with them has been fantastic. The patience there are not always the best but the nurses and doctors can only do so much about that but whenever you request anything they do their best to accommodate, the food hospital food but on a decent end and they do everything they can to make sure you get what you want. The care is fantastic they are on top of it and I appreciate that. I would highly recommend this hospital to friends and family for the care I've received from them.

My son was transported to Trident via ambulance because he had suffered a massive seizure in which he stopped breathing. After he was stabilized, he made the decision to not be admitted simply because he could not afford an extended stay. While he was still in the bed and literally struggling to swallow the potassium pills they gave him, One of the doctors came in and told him “we Have a sick woman out here and you need to hustle up and let us have this room “. Yes, that is a direct quote. It was cold that night, and all he had on was his pajama pants which he was wearing when the seizure struck. He was staggering and weak as he walked down the emergency room hallways. They didn’t call for a wheelchair to help him get out of the building or to my car. If I had not been there to take him h
