Room 407 was always in optimal condition—comfortable, clean, and well equipped—which made my recovery much more peaceful and manageable. I would also like to highlight the care and consideration shown to my partner, who was with me and helping take care of me throughout the entire process. At all times, he was offered support, guidance, and everything he needed, which made him feel welcomed and supported. That meant more to us than words can express. I had an excellent experience. Everyone was very personable and helpful. I would like to shout out to my nurses. Nick, Diana and Colleen. I would also like to include my CNA's Stacie and Stephanie. They each contributed to my experience. On the day of my surgery, my wife, Candice was on her way to the cafeteria. She saw someone (Katrina Odoms) in the hall and asked for directions to the cafeteria. Katrina said, "I am sorry, but it's closed now." Then she said, "Let me help you." She took her to the cafeteria, went back into the kitchen and brought her out a plate full of breakfast food. What outstanding customer service! Thank you!

From walking into admin the day of surgery to discharge the next day I’m so grateful for the care , communication and professionalism of the staff. Nerves were high for having a hysterectomy but the team taking care of me exceeded all expectations and put my mind at ease within my first hour of preop.
