My first time visiting the office. The front desk staff was amazing, she greeted me with a smile and the check in process was fast and easy. Little to no wait time to see the doctor. The staffs were super sweet and the doctor made you feel at ease.

The staff and medical team are friendly and supportive. They are very efficient. They treat me as part of the family. I feel secure with the medical care are diagnostic procedures they recommend and they explain everything. My only complaint would be be the wait time in the office.

I’ve been calling to book my appointment as I was instructed & they never answer. I decided to book the next available appointment online and all of a sudden… their phone suddenly works. I get a call back telling me that the appointment I booked for January is not actually available & there won’t be one until April 2026. Then tried to make me jump through hoops to actually book it. I tell the scheduler nevermind and to cancel the January appt and she goes “okay that’s fine” and hangs up before I can even finish my sentence. So rude! Get a new receptionist or scheduler quickly. One with better customer service.

Let me tell you. They are TERRIBLE. They tell you to call to make an appointment but never answer you. You physically have to go over there to make an appointment. I have seizures. They have stopped my medication if I do not go for a certain amount of time but with no heads up. Every time I go it’s a different doctor. That has no idea about my past unless looked into or asked. Last time I went he goes “your supposed to be taking this medication four times a day even though when I first got medicated on it, I was only supposed to take it once…. Ladies in front. Are rude some times and have there AirPods in all the time :). I wouldn’t mind if they actually answered a call.

Everytime I have an appointment I am treated like a VIP client. I am welcomed with warm hello's, treated with respect and dignity. I always feel like I am part of a family. From the office staff to the Medical Assistant and all the way to my actual appointment with the Doctors! This medical ofc is top shelf compared to other places I've been!
