My ER experience was one of the most pleasant and efficient I’ve had in a long time. From registration through the ER staff, everyone was kind and professional. I was admitted to the Neuro floor. My doctor, Dr. Mouawad, was truly exceptional. I’ve had more hospitalizations than anyone should due to chronic illness, and I can confidently say he is phenomenal. He is thorough, compassionate, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain treatment, ensure comfort, and provide care with an attention to detail that is rare. If I could see him as an outpatient, I would in a heartbeat. Having him as your doctor is truly a blessing. The neuro team overall was good. I was here on February 9th to have a kidney stone removed through my back. After the procedure, I was discharged on the 11th. The food was very good, and the facilities were clean. However, what I truly want to highlight and congratulate is the nursing staff. They are all very kind and caring. They made me feel at home. Thank you to Osiris and Keila for the care they gave me. And especially to Osiris — the way she does her job with so much love and dedication is amazing. Wow! I could give a thousand points just for the nurses alone. On top of that, they all speak Spanish, which made me feel even more comfortable and warm being able to speak my first language. Thank you so much for everything

Without a doubt, it was the best place my baby could have come into this world. From the very beginning, I felt support, care, and professionalism. But I especially want to recognize the NICU nurses… they are simply incredible. They don’t just do their job, they do it with love. You can see it in every detail, every word, and in the way they care for our babies as if they were their own. In one of the hardest moments of my life, they were light, calm, and strength for me. My daughter and I checked in Tuesday February 17th around 6:30 AM due to her having a fever. The ER was completely empty, so I expected a smooth process since I still needed to go to work. While the security guard was welcoming, the front desk employee was not. She did not greet us, make eye contact, or show any sense of urgency. When administering a COVID test (My daughter’s first), she was impatient and lacked empathy. My daughter was scared and ended up crying. The situation was not handled with care or reassurance. We were then told to wait and sat for about 30 minutes while she talked and laughed with coworkers repeatedly saying things like, “Where’s my relief?” and “Thank God I’m off tomorrow.” It made us feel like a burden. I was induced here on 01/12/2026. I had my beautiful baby boy Khalil on 01/13/2026. My doctor was Dr. Osborne she was super sweet and checked on me regularly she explained everything that was going on and kept me well informed and calm. The nurses were all amazing! I had some complications but with they're help i was able to get through them and avoid a c-section! Absolutely amazing experience if you're looking for somewhere to have an induction i 100% recommended you come here. The room was big and very clean and all the staff was very respectful to me and my husband during my stay. I also had an epidural and the anesthesiologist was amazing and very kind as well I wish I remembered her name! All in all 10 out of 10!! 🥳
