There are very few people that work here who are genuinely kind and efficient at their job. I slept here multiple nights while my mom was in the ICU And I witnessed firsthand bad bedside manner from nurses and other employees. My mom was left on the toilet for 45 minutes yelling for help for a nurse. There was multiple times where she would push the call button because she desperately needed to use the bathroom and it would be over 30 minutes of no one showing. One nurse in particular argued in front of my mom over who was going to wipe her. The treatment my mom got in her final days is very disheartening. After she passed nobody let us know that they were waiting on us to leave the room before they would move the body. We sat with her deceased body for over five hours wondering when they

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hospital and the entire staff who cared for me during my C-section. From the very first moment, I received professional, compassionate, and respectful care. The doctors, nurses, and the entire medical team showed great dedication, patience, and kindness, explaining every step of the process and making me feel calm and safe during such an important moment. The postoperative care was excellent; they were always attentive to both my well-being and my baby’s. Thank you for your commitment, your warmth, and for making this experience a positive and special one. I highly recommend this hospital with complete confidence.

HCA Orange Park Labor and Delivery is absolutely phenomenal. I delivered my first child there, and the staff and doctor were amazing. When I delivered my second child a year later, they once again exceeded our expectations. We absolutely love Dr. Shah. He delivered our baby with so much care and made me and my entire family feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He truly cares, and it shows. The nurses were exceptional, every single one of them, from labor and delivery to the postpartum unit. A special shout-out to our main labor and delivery nurse, Lindsay (with an “A”) from the night shift. She was incredibly sweet, supportive, and reassuring. Today is bittersweet you guys, my daughter was born 6 days ago here at OPMC ‘s Labor & Delivery Department via C- Section performed by OB Dr. Hyler & all accompanied parties! The Nurses and HCA’s anesthesiologist team were more than phenomenal during the whole process. Especially Nurse Ashley! Prior to my scheduled Cesarean , she helped me on a matter that was crucial in becoming resolved in a timely manner and though it was not her responsibility or place to handle such a matter for me since the OB and his staff were the ones responsible for helping this issue, she still took time out of her busy day to make the necessary phone calls for me and was the only one able to help me resolve the issue.
