Dr. Moore has recently moved his practice which may account for phone interruption. He is a wonderful doctor who helped my husband and I now see him "just in case" I have cardiac needs. Love his bedside manor & expertise! Bobbie McManus

Dr. Moore is a good doctor but it doesn't do you any good if you can't reach the office. It is almost impossible to reach them on the phone. I've let it ring for 2 minutes several times, no answer. Or you get the answering service during office hours and they take your message, no call back. Or spoke to Ashley in the office on Nov. 7 who said the office manager would call me back to schedule a stress test. 5 weeks later, still no call. I finally just spoke to Erin after multiple attempts to reach the office and she was very nice and acknowledged the difficulty getting them on the phone. That doesn't help a patient who needs to reach them. They need to fix the problem.
