HCA Florida Oak Hill Family Care - Veterans

I was nervous today.😬 It was my first appointment. And I have no idea why are you so nervous! I have massive anxiety and depression and COPD and a lot of other horrible things going on with me that I was diagnosed for, and I got treated like Ivwas a hypochondriac every time I call my last doctor's office. So this is my first day at this office, and it went over seamlessly! When I first walked in, the women at the front desk were amazing! They helped me very quickly! And I sat in the waiting room for maybe 2 minutes! Got called back, stood on the scale, and was happy that I weighed less than I thought! LOL! I was seen by Brent Rentfro, the Physicians Assistant on staff there, and he was VERY ATTENTIVE, and knew about EVERYTHING I was talking about with regard to myself and my medical histor

My experience at this office has been wonderful. I have been a patient of Dr. Jacobs for nearly 25 years. His staff has always treated me kindly and respectfully. Dr. Jacobs has always treated me in the same manner, and listens to me seriously when I have questions or concerns. I realize that each person has his or her own experience that may not match mine, but I have always had a positive experience.

My parents have gone to them for years and they have always treated them wonderfully. They are very personable and really care about those they treat. They are always patient with me on the phone when I call and ask my mini questions! Their care is great!

I been going to this Clinic location for 6 years all of the staff and providers are amazing and caring. I would recommend anyone to go there. I see Brent, he is amazing, he doesn't rush me, he takes time to listen to me and my questions. He explains his answers in terms I can understand. They treat you like a person not just a number. They CARE!!! The best practice i have been to since too since moving to Florida!!

Everyone in this office is very friendly and helpful, I can only have my appointments at a certain time, because of my job. There's never an issue. The medical assistant was very patient listening to my concerns. She informed the Dr, so when he came in the room, he touched on the questions I had already talked about. He listened to every word and didn't rush me out of the office, it seemed like I was the only one there. More physicians should be like this. I'm so happy I found this office!
