HCA Florida Lehigh Hospital

We arrived around 12:30 AM today and were honestly impressed with how quickly everything moved. It’s now 4:15 AM and we’re already back home (we live about 10 minutes away), which really says a lot about their efficiency. My husband was triaged fast, seen promptly, and had a head scan done without long waits. The nurses and staff were kind, attentive, and reassuring the entire time, which made a stressful situation much easier. Right when he was about to get stitches, they had a Code Blue and the doctor had to rush to that emergency — completely understandable. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it would be great if there were more doctors available so situations like that don’t delay other patients. Extremely pleased with the level of knowledge and care I received here from the ER to the upstairs part of the hospital! Everyone was so nice and attentive! My experience here couldn't of been any better! Thank you so much to all of you for everything you did for me! And I must say the food was great too! All and all 5 stars for sure!!

The midnight shift ICU was spectacular. The lead nurse knows how to assist without overpowering showed his intelligence and how he communicated with his nurses. I was very happy with how he presented himself and the nurses on midnight, the day shift ICU lead nurse has a bit of a complex. Complex. She does not know how to present herself in public. There was a discussion that she should have took to her office but she did it right there in the center of the ICU. The nurse on day shift was also very good. I am sorry that she had to deal with a superior who had a bit of belligerent negativity and did not help her the second day that I was in ICU and she needed help. And where was this lead nurse? I have no idea but she wasn't there helping. Then when they transferred me upstairs it was right

My visit here has been a phenomenal and welcoming experience, From Er Registration staff , To Er Nurse Mika , who welcomed my brother and I in good hands , they explained every situation and evaluation briefly as my brother begin to become in admitting status. moving forward Nurse Marelyn and Pauline were so sweet and nice to put my brother in a comfort zone to where he adjusted and felt more at ease to work with them as they help him become better in his condition. Being that we live far away we felt as if we were home. Thanks to all you guys for this peaceful visit .

My grandma was admitted for a fall on January 27, 2026, and the staff were absolutely exceptional. Everyone on staff at 6:15 and after the shift change were so kind and caring. I didn't get everyone's name but Sarah was one name I did get and she was a Rockstar.
