The front office was welcoming and clear. The MA Nicole was warm, kind, and thorough. Dr. Clayton was very thorough and took her time with me and I didn't feel stressed nor rushed while answering questions. She validated any concerns and questions I had and explained her thought process of why she is ordering certain tests and provided reassurance about them. I've seen the same primary for 17 years and she stopped practicing and I feel happy, reassured, and well taken care of establishing care with Dr. Clayton now.

My husband and I have been a patient to this locations for many years! Michelle Cooley, ARNP is AMAZING! She is one of a kind! She's very patient, full of knowledge, she listens and makes you feel like family! The staff is friendly with bedside manners! I owe Michelle my life!! She diagnosed me with WDRPLS when other doctors brushed my concerns off! She LISTENS! My children, daughter in law and a couple of friends see Michelle Cooley due to our high respect and referral of her.

Michelle Cooley and her staff are soooooo good and helpful! She’s super friendly, personable and extremely attentive. Anytime I have an appointment with her I genuinely look forward to it. She’s amazing and makes me feel comfortable to talk to her. Her staff? Couldn’t get any better! Thank you all for always being there for me. This place deserves more than I can say.

I have seen Dr.Clayton and her wonderful nurses for several years and they are caring, professional and their follow up is very prompt. The doctor is kind, goes beyond any other doctor I've seen to figure out what's wrong and keeps up on your medication. The only issue I have is with the receptionists they never smile or look up to acknowledge you and they are rude. The office manager addressed it before and it seemed to get a little better but they are right back to being horrible again.

I have been seeing Michelle Cooley for years, and I simply cannot recommend her highly enough! She is truly exceptional. Michelle is incredibly knowledgeable, proficient, and thorough in her practice, and I always feel that I'm receiving the best possible care. Beyond her expertise, she has an absolutely great bedside manner—she is compassionate, listens attentively, and takes the time to explain everything clearly.
